Exact identical replacement for X1 (X001 QX-122 10.6975 BQXY0122002) which is one of the most common failures in these rigs.

This crystal is electrically and physically identical, and solders in easily. Custom-manufactured to my specifications specifically for HTX-100 radios!

X001: 10.6975MHz Crystal (49S) Nearly identical (but shorter) replacement for X1 (X001 QX-122 10.6975 BQXY0122002) which is one of the most common failures in these rigs. This crystal is electrically identical and solders in easily. However, it is shorter (3.5mm max vs. 13mm), which may add to long-term reliability. C413: 0.047F (47,000uF) 5.5V Super Capacitor Exact identical replacement for C143 (CZ-127 BCZY0127001) which provides memory-backup for the CPU. This capacitor is electrically and physically identical, and solders in easily. C413: 0.47F (470,000uF) 5.5V Super Capacitor Extended capacity replacement for C143 (CZ-127 BCZY0127001) which provides memory-backup for the CPU. This capacitor has 10x the capcitance of the original and is physically a tight bit, but still fits perfectly into the PCB solder mask and solders in easily. S613: Rotary Encoder Very similar replacement for S613 (S613 SR-409 EC-S-06 BSRY0409001) which corrects issues with the main tuning knob skipping and/or going the wrong direction. This encoder is electrically identical, but required the following minor phsyical adjustments: Bend its shield/mounting tabs under encoder Must slightly bend/open upper part of metal case thru-hole to fit encoder threads through Double check alignment through front plastic with knob before tightening locking nut to metal front Shaft is slightly shorter, so don’t push knob on too hard Nearly identical tactile feel to original, but slightly firmer, likely due to being new Be careful to not bend shaft Pins are 100% identical and solder through PCB or may be extended with wire Rotations/tuning speed are identical (20 Detents/PPR) Specifications: Output: Incremental quadrature 2-bits/channels Pulses per Revolution (PPR): 20 Detents: 20 Shaft Length: 20mm Shaft: 6mm dia D-shape Switch: None Bushing: 7mm dia x 5mm len (0.75 pitch)

VR504: Volume Potentiometer w/ Power Switch Very similar replacement for VR504 (VR504 RV-68650KA BRVY0686001) which corrects issues with scratchy/carbon-build up on the volume knob.
